I’ve been renting from them for 12 months now. They are the best company I’ve ever dealt with, for any type of business. If the boom needs service, Scott’s there that day. I lost my key, they dropped off a new one. They moved my sea can and man basket for the same price as moving the boom. I lost my gas cap and Scott just sent me a picture of a brand new one he threw on. I hadn’t even told him I lost it. My boom went down last summer and they brought me a new one, fixed the old one and left the new one with me just in case! Plus gave me a discount for the trouble.
